Our trades professionals and staff provide maintenance services in carpentry, custodial, electric, environmental services, fire safety, grounds, HVAC/EMCS, lock shop, paint & glass, preventative maintenance, plumbing, and support services for over 345 buildings and 114 modules comprised of 8,000,000 square feet of space.
