- If parents have questions about their child’s program, the first step is to address those with the Exceptional Education (Ex Ed) classroom teacher.
- At the preschool, elementary, and middle school levels, if concerns and questions are not resolved in a reasonable amount of time, parents should bring those to the attention of the school principal.
- At the high school level, after speaking with the Ex Ed teacher, the next contact to resolve concerns is the Ex Ed department chairperson.
