• Tucson High Magnet School
• Tully Elementary Magnet
• Wakefield Middle School

To register a student new to the district, you will need the following documents.

Parent/Guardian Documents

• Your Photo ID
• Proof of Address Documents

Documents for Student(s)

• Copy of original Birth Certificate, or other birth verification
  Please note: you may be asked to bring in the original
• Current Immunization Record
• If applicable, latest Individualized Education Program (IEP)
  Please note: Submit to your school's office (not uploaded).
