A Legacy of Excellence Awareness Week
A Legacy of Excellence (ALOE) was founded with the intention to empower and invest in the future of African American students in the Tucson Unified School District. By providing scholarships to graduating seniors who have achieved academically, are active in their community, and aspire to go on to higher education, we are fulfilling our vision of creating an equitable future.

A Legacy of Excellence Awareness Week is a celebration of equity in Tucson and provides an opportunity to highlight our education equity priorities, as well as the incredible work happening in schools across the City of Tucson.
