Earth Day Competition
Wakefield won the TUSD Earth Day competition! The prize was cardboard recycling containers for the whole school.8th Grade Promotion

'A' School Recognition
STEM at Wakefield Middle School
Tucson Values Teachers announced the finalists for the ninth annual Raytheon Leaders in Education Award. The award recognizes and rewards Pima County teachers of grades PreK-12 for exceptional commitment to the education of youth, leadership within their communities, and supporting peers in a collaborative teacher workforce. Wakefield is proud to have one of our talented teachers as a finalist this year. Congratulations to Leslie Ferre!
