Tucson Unified School District thanks the community for participating in the recent online survey to share your vision of what kind of district TUSD should become.
Nearly 2,000 people responded to the survey and provided insight into what works well, what doesn’t work well, and what needs to be addressed in moving the district forward.
Sixty-nine percent of the respondents were parents, 63 percent of whom have a child in TUSD. More 62 percent of all respondents said they felt positive or very positive about the district. More than 37 percent said they felt negative or very negative about the district.
The feedback from the survey is being used to create a new vision statement and core values for the district.
