Composition and Responsibilities of the Employee Advisory
Committee
- The Committee will consist of District employees representative
of each bargaining unit, one Human Resources Administrator
as well as Benefits staff.
- The Committee will meet at least annually and as necessary
during the school year in order to inform employee groups
regarding employee benefits and the variety of options that
the District may have.
- The Committee will make recommendations to the Human
Resources Administrator regarding preferences and possible
changes in the group insurance benefit programs.
- The Employee Advisory Committee and/or Human Resources
Administration will utilize professional consultants/advisors
as necessary.
