The Board will enter into an individual contract with each member of the administrative staff commensurate with the requirements of the position. All terms and conditions of contracts with administrative staff members are to conform to the requirements of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
All administrators will be issued annual contracts with the following exceptions:
The Governing Board, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, may issue two-year contracts to Principals,
Principals who are on Recommendations for Improvement or on a Plan for Improvement, as set forth in Administrative Regulation GCOB, are not eligible for issuance of a two-year contract.
