Sick Bank Poster
For the Medical Leave Assistance Program
Donations may be accepted ONLY during the advertised
posting period.
An employee may not get sick bank donations unless he or
she will run out of Sick Leave and he or she provides documentation
stating that it is anticipated that the employee needs to
be absent from work for a minimum of four weeks because of
a serious, non-work related illness or injury.
An employee may donate ONLY to an employee in the same employee/bargaining
unit, except Supervisory/Confidential, Supervisory/Professional
and White-Collar may donate to each other. Administrators,
Psychologists and Research Project Managers may donate to
an employee in any employee bargaining unit. Employees who
want to donate Sick Leave days must complete the form available
from the Office Manager, the Human Resources office, or online
below. Submit the form to Human Resources not later than the
closing date of Poster.
