Andrea Curless grew up in the Midwest, where she also started her fitness career with NordicTrack. She has over sixteen years of experience in the area of health and wellness including sport fitness/exercise.
Andrea has been working with the Wellness Council of Arizona since June 2004 in worksite health promotions. Andrea has received her Fitness Professional Certificate from Pima College in May 2006 along with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and is currently working towards a degree in Sports Science. She also has received certification from Aerobic Fitness Association of America in Personal Training, American Council of Exercise Certificate 2002.
Andrea has completed three marathons and has participated in fundraising efforts with The Better than Ever Cancer Team and Team in Training Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation. Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband backpacking in Montana, where they are building their dream home for retirement.
Andrea Curless works for the Wellness Council of Arizona to serve the health interests of TUSD employees. All information shared with the Wellness Coach will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any TUSD management personnel or any other TUSD employee.
Stephanie Boyden is a Health Coach with the Wellness Council of Arizona. She began her fitness career by teaching a single yoga class to a small group of friends in Los Angeles in 2001. Eventually, she expanded her practice to include teaching large multi-level yoga classes, as well as teaching a variety of fitness classes including Indoor Cycling, Trekking, and Body Sculpting. She has taught classes all over Tucson, including the YMCA, the University of Arizona's Recreational Center, LA Fitness, and Lulu Lemon. Stephanie worked full-time as a fitness trainer at the world-renowned Canyon Ranch Health Resort for five years.
She currently holds a 200-hour Yoga Certification, a Group and Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Indoor Cycling Certification from Reebok, Water Aerobics & TRX Training and Yamuna Body Rolling Certification. Stephanie truly believes that your greatest wealth is your health and is inspired by her wonderful teachers, The Primal Blueprint, Shiva Rea, Deva Premal and those crazy fitness girls at Crunch Gym!
When she's not coaching, Stephanie enjoys spending time at home with her husband and chasing after her young daughter.
