Top-ranked University High School hosted 450 eighth grade students who passed the first round of tests for 2017 freshman admissions to University High School.

Penguin to Penguin students and ambassadors led campus tours and team-building games. Booths were set up for academics, drama and fine arts.

The eighth graders were from all over Tucson, and represented public, private and home-schooled students.

UHS was recently selected as a National Blue Ribbon school, joining the two other Blue Ribbon schools in Tucson Unified , Drachman Montessori and Sabino High School. For more information, see the Spotlight Story.
