About Us

For more than 20 years, TUSD has operated the K12 cable television station on behalf of the City of Tucson. Now part of Communications & Media Relations, TUSD-TV schedules the channel, collects programming from neighboring school districts and student producers, and produces programming on behalf of the district. TED-TV is Tucson’s education station and it represents the group of school districts that run programming on the channel. TED-TV reaches 150,000 households with service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shows come from student producers, professional staff and network services. Sunnyside and Catalina Foothills Schools Districts join TUSD as members of TED-TV.
