2015 Lunar New Year Celebration

In the Chinese Zodiac, the Year of 2015 is the Year of the Sheep, which began on February 19, 2015 and ends on February 7, 2016. The Sheep is the eighth sign of the Chinese Zodiac, which consists of 12 Animals Signs. The Sheep is the calm, gentle, creative, and thoughtful one of the Animal Signs. People born in the Year of the Sheep are mild. They prefer to be in groups, but do not like to be the center of attention. They spend much of their time in self-reflection and dwelling on their thoughts. In Chinese Astrology, the Year of the Sheep will bring serenity and peace. See the Resources page for educational activities for Lunar New Year.
