MISSION STATEMENT: The mission
of TUSD's Human Resources Department is to provide support

HR ACTIVITIES
RECRUITMENT provides recruitment and hiring
services to TUSD Management and job candidates so that programs
are fully staffed with qualified candidates.
JOB OPENINGS provides all current TUSD job
listings that are open to external candidates. Click to view

CERTIFICATION provides tracking, renewal
and advisory services to TUSD certificated personnel in order
to maintain compliance with ADE requirements and to provide
assistance to employees to achieve and maintain 100% highly
qualified teachers.
PAYROLL provides payment for services rendered
to employees, payroll-related vendors and government agencies
in order to comply with regulatory and contractual agreements.
BENEFITS provides benefits and administrative
services to employees, retirees and vendors in order to enhance
their health and financial security.
HR ADMINISTRATION provides administrative
services to TUSD constituents to support their human resources
business operations.
MANAGEMENT/EMPLOYEE SUPPORT SERVICES provides
counsel and direction to current employees and the Leadership
Team in order to reduce conflict and ensure a healthy environment.
EEO COMPLIANCE provides advisory and investigatory
services to employees, students, and management in order to
ensure equal educational and employment opportunity in compliance
with federal laws.
CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION SERVICES
classify and compensate jobs equitably and consistently in
order to increase organizational efficiency and retain employees.
