Special Functions/District Catering
The Food Services Department provides catering for district sponsored
functions.
For assistance in planning your function please contact your site Food
Service Manager or call our Catering Service 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday (520) 225-4717.
We do require a Catering Service reservation established a minimum of
five working days prior to the day of the function. Final confirmation of
all requirements is submitted within two working days prior to the
function. If a cancellation is made 24 hours or less prior to the function
it will be necessary to bill in full. Refunds cannot be provided for
unused food.
We are pleased to offer catering for district
meetings, barbecues, special functions, sporting events, fund raisers,
music concerts, fairs, field trips, PTA meetings, etc.
We offer a variety of items for small and large
groups.

Old Pueblo Pizza – Continental Breakfast – Breakfast & Lunch
Buffets
Sandwich Box Lunch - Barbecue’s - Gourmet Box Lunch – Chef Salad Lunch
– Salad, Meat, Cheese Platters – Custom and Decorated Standard and
Sheet Cakes
Spaghetti, Mexican Fiesta, and Western Rodeo Dinners.
