The statement of Van Buskirk Elementary School, in partnership with our learning community, is dedicated to student mastery of the state standards, as well as the development of life skills and social responsibility. We measure academic progress through frequent and authentic assessments. We provide intervention and enrichment to support the individual needs of our students in an atmosphere of mutual respect that celebrates diversity.
