  • Applicants Sought to fill Vacancies on the Technology Oversight Committee

    TUSD seeks applications to fill three vacancies by community members and another vacancy for a student member on the Technology Oversight Committee. Committee members review district plans to help ensure that they are adequate to support the district’s educational objectives, are cost-effective, and compatible with realistic projections of future needs and investments. Applications will be accepted until the vacancies are filled. 

  • Next Meeting
    The next TOC meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Technology Conference Room located at 1010 E. Tenth St. (Bldg B, West Hallway).

Technology Oversight Committee Mission

The Tucson Unified School District Governing Board, in collaboration with the District's technology leadership, established a Technology Oversight Committee (TOC), the purpose of which is to provide advice to the District's staff and Governing Board as it upgrades its information technology.

Applications should include a resume, references, a letter of intent that describes the applicant's interest in working with this volunteer committee, and a letter certifying that the applicant has no material financial or immediate family relationship with current Tucson Unified School District staff or vendors.

Applications will be received until the vacancies are filled.
