Team ExEd Duffy
Thank you, Team ExEd Duffy, for your contributions in serving TUSD's educational community! Here's how the team describes their work:
"EECTs and the records team work closely together serving TUSD and the education community at large. EECTs work with the Exceptional Education teachers and staff to ensure students' paperwork is state and federally compliant. The records team quickly and efficiently maintain Exceptional Education records by fulfilling requests from TUSD and any agency looking for Exceptional Education records. Both teams also enter Exceptional Education paperwork for funding, while maintaining student, teacher and classroom data for department use/reference. We are the ones that the Exceptional Educational teams come to when they have 'how-to' questions. We are a close knit family who support one another and the community around us every day."
We asked each of the members of this team to share what they love about their jobs:
Angela Bottka: What I love about my job is my co-workers.
Sandy Marschinke: What I love about my work is doing a meaningful job for students every day and working with people I enjoy. My fellow EECTs are just AMAZING!
Tania Pulido: What I love about my job is that I have the opportunity to assist staff members that are educating students on being successful every day.
Melissa Coronado: I love my job because I work daily with some of the greatest people I have ever met. I also have the chance to support some great teachers and providers who truly care about a student's education and needs.
Betsey Dennis: What I love about my job is getting to work with such a great group of people and being able to support the staff members who support children and their families.

Patty Van Asdlan: I work with a great group of wonderful people!
Cindy J Dunn: What I love about my job is my co-workers. They are always willing to stop what they are doing to answer questions, show me how to do something and to just be there for support. They are the greatest!
Marla Sweeney: What I love about my job is the privilege of working with some fantastic people. What I love about TUSD is the opportunity to expand my knowledge. What I love about my work is it is detailed, busy, etc. and it makes for a "fast" day and my supervisors have always trusted me to work independently.
