CPR and First Aid Cards

Many Tucson Unified job classifications require employees to hold current CPR and First Aid Certifications. CPR and First Aid certification can be either two separate cards or one card with both. Trainings are valid for a period of two years and must be kept current while employed in these classifications. Training can be accepted from any authorized provider with the following exceptions:

  • NO online trainings
  • NO trainings by independent provider Joe Villa
  • NO trainings by National Mine Health and Safety Academy for employees in Exceptional Education positions

The list below has suggested providers but is not exclusive.

CURRENT TUSD EMPLOYEES can sign up for classes offered by the District through True North Logic on select Monday/Wednesday or Saturdays. Cost is $20 (cashier's check or money orders only).
