Questions about my child's learning - Does something NOT feel right? | Preguntas sobre el aprendizaje de mi hijo - ¿Hay algo que NO se siente bien?

Welcome to the Tucson Unified Exceptional Education Web page. We believe that parents are important contributors in the special education process and members of the IEP team. We are committed to working with you to develop plans and programs that are focused on your child's success!

It is important that you have the information that you need to be a member of your child's team. Below are several links where you can find information designed to help parents learn more about their child's disability, the special education progress, and their rights and responsibilities as a member of the special education team.

We encourage you to learn as much as you can. You can always talk with your child's teacher, counselor, the school psychologist, or principal. If you need more assistance, please contact the Tucson Unified Exceptional Education Ombudsperson or the Assistant Director of Exceptional Education for your child's school.
