Notification of Destruction of Inactive ExEd Student Records

In accordance with the state and federal regulations implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), this is public notice of Tucson Unified School District’s intent to destroy personally identifiable information related to special education services for students who have not received services in more than 4 years. These records will be destroyed on September 1, 2025. Please see the public notice for more details.
